About Me

What my last co-workers thought of me!
My pre-retirement careers were to some a bit eclectic — science & math teacher, agricultural surveyer, Girl Scout field staffer, computer programmer, biostatistician, and medical research manager — but each influenced who I am today. Although early on I developed a passion for genealogy, I’ve had to quelch it during most of those years. Now I see retirement as my last chance to weave together the many bits and pieces of my family’s history that I’ve collected along the way. Documenting and saving what I can is my way of saying thanks to the ancestors who laid the trail for me.
